ST CRUX FUND RAISING EVENT Next Saturday!

More volunteers needed and donations please! The most important fund-raising event of the year. We have hired St Crux church building in York for the day, serving cakes/soup/drinks and selling bric-a-brac and donations.

November 9th 2024. Please put the date in your diary and come along and support.

Volunteers needed to run stalls and get ’stuff’ to St Crux and clear up afterwards.  Please contact Alison (07939 979816) if you would like to help or have donations (cakes, bric-a-brack, books, other saleable items).

1st December United 8 with Archbishop of York

There will be only one service in the morning on Dec 1st, a United 8 at Naburn at 10.30am with Archbishop to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the re-opening of Naburn Church. I do hope you will be able to join us for this wonderful milestone in the history of St Matthews Naburn. 

  

Yorkshire Water Working nearby

There will  be work going on in the field and driveway next to the churchyard starting soon until around February. More information is in the letter in the church. They will be working Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
