A special outdoor service at Elvington, supporting Climate Sunday.
Bring your friends, family, picnic blankets and chairs. There will be activities for children during and after the service. Feel free to bring a picnic too.
Climate Sunday is an initiative is calling on all local churches across Great Britain & Ireland to hold a climate-focused service on any Sunday before COP26 (November 2021).
Family Service
Family services are typically informal, relaxed services, with special features for children. Usually led by clergy, or sometimes members of the congregation, this service is really for everyone, all ages, to come and learn about God and share our faith together. Music is usually piano and/or organ and typically includes some songs that children know from school.
