STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025
The York School of Ministry (YSOM) courses aim to equip Christian disciples and ministers to
develop as competent and faithful reflective practitioners. They provide an education in
theology, ministry and mission in and for a variety of contexts, including preparing people for
recognised ministry and mission within the church, both lay and ordained, and for Continuing
Ministerial Development. The courses also serve those who wish to be more fully equipped
for Christian life and service in the world, or simply more informed about the Christian faith.
