St CRUX fund-raising event for Elvington Church
Saturday November 22nd: Call for Volunteers and Donations
The annual St Crux fund raising event for Elvington church is our key fundraising event of the year and is a fun event to help with.
Volunteers are needed to organise and serve in the kitchen, man stalls and get ’stuff’ to St Crux and clear up afterwards.
In particular we need someone willing to co-ordinate the preparation in the kitchen on the day.
Donations please:
Donations of Christmas goods, books and bric-a-brac. Please leave in the back left hand pew in the church.
Donations of cakes, scones or biscuits for the refreshments we’ll be doing in St Crux hall

Whether or not you can help please put the date in your diary and come along and support on the day!
Also - a request for cellophane bags - I’m looking for cellophane bags to use to bag up and sell cones at St Crux. A5 to A4 size. Like ones around cards or calendars. If you have any I’d like them! Thank you, Alison.
