Our churches are running a course in the basics of the Christian faith during June and July. The Start! course covers "God, Jesus and the journey of life in six sessions". It is suitable for those completely new to Christianity and also as a refresher for those who have been involved for years.
Each session is about an hour long and includes video clips, discussion and a chance to ponder. to cater for people's differing availability, the session will run once in the daytime in Wheldrake (time/venue TBC) and again on Thursday evenings in Elvington village hall, starting at 7:30pm. We kick off in the week beginning 5th June, so 8th June in Elvington.
There is an open invitation absolutely everyone to come and explore these vital issues.
